How to Place Your Orders

Step 1

Order Form

Once your orders has been received, we will send an order confirmation stating the details of your orders as well as the total amount + postage within 24 hours.

Delivery Method & Shipping fee

We are currently using Pos Laju for all deliveries. Breakdown for delivery charges as below:

Peninsular Malaysia

Shipping fee charges is RM6 (for 1st 500gm) additional RM1.50 (for every subsequent 250gm - up to 2 kg). Free delivery for purchases above RM150

Sabah

Shipping fee charges is RM9 (for 1st 500gm) additional RM2.50 (for every subsequent 250gm - up to 2 kg). Free delivery for purchases above RM180

Sarawak

Shipping fee charges is RM9 (for 1st 500gm) additional RM2 (for every subsequent 250gm - up to 2 kg). Free delivery for purchases above RM180

Singapore

Shipping fee charges is RM28 (for 1st 500gm), additional RM2 (for every subsequent 500gm - up to 1 kg)


**Pls check back your order confirmation for any error before sending back a confirmation to us to proceed.


You may opt for self collection. Arrangement can be done for collection @ Autocity  or Sunway Carnival - Penang only. We may be able to arrange delivery to Kulim @ Penang as well. Additional RM3 will be chargeable for self collection method.


Step 2
Once you have reconfirmed your orders with us, pls proceed to make payment to us as stated.You may bank into our Maybank account. We will include the account number in our order confirmation to you.


**You are required to make full payment within 2 days from your order, otherwise, we will proceed to cancel your orders without any further notification
