Pls read this **IMPORTANT MESSAGE**
Items offered are "Ready Stock"
**Ready Stock means that available stock are at supplier side. So we would need to order and they will ship it to us. Pls allow us 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
1. Please make sure that the info in your order confirmation/ invoice that we send to you is correct. Once confirmed and payments received, we will ship out your item accordingly to the given time frame.
We will notify you either on facebook/email or phone once we ship out your orders (Pls allow us about 2 weeks to do so). It may take 3 day to 5 working day for your item to arrive, please make sure the address and contact # is correct. We will not be responsible for the wrong address which you have provided to us.
2. Please check the parcel that you received before accepting or signing. Do not accept parcels that has its packaging broken or torn. Report to us within 48 hrs if you find any product defects, incorrect quantity or incorrect product that we have sent to you. Take a photo of the defect part/incorrect product and send it to us at evadcoeur@gmail.com
We will not entertain any reports after 48 hrs.
3. You are only allowed to send the item back after our approval. All exchanges must be performed within 7 days of purchase. The item must be returned to us with its complete packing or labels of item must remain intact. We will not accept items whereby the labels/tags have been removed/cut off.
4. We will only accept returning stock such as serious damage, big holes, and big part of stain that can’t wash. You will responsible for the returning postage fees. Other issues such as minor staining, material quality, colours not same with the picture or sizes are either too big or too small is NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. Please read the measurement carefully on each clothing before deciding.
5. We will not refund any money back. Exchanging of same value items will only be allowed. We will only refund back your money if the item you wish to purchase is out of stock or you can opt to exchange for another item into your order.
6. Cancellation is not allowed once payment has been received.
7. Note that the colours of products may defer up to 5-10% from pictures shown on the site due to factors such as lighting during photography, computer screen resolution, etc.
8. Measurement stated in the photos might defer up to 1-2cm. A product’s photo can produce different quality and material.
9. Please do not buy if you are someone who is looking for excellent quality clothes. With such reasonable prices, you will not get best quality but the quality is good.
10. Only for serious buyer
Once you had place an order it means that you have agreed to the term & condition stated above and the owner reserved the right to change it anytime.
